Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ay’Ta. We want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and the shipping method selected.

From time to time, Ay’ta may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be shown at checkout when available.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Ay’ta ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Ay’ta is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@ayta.shop. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Ay’ta is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier or delivery location.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

We are happy to help provide any order or tracking information needed to assist with a carrier claim.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at returns@ayta.shop.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
