What does Ay'Ta sell?

Ay'Ta offers beauty, skincare, personal care, home fragrance, and lifestyle products carefully selected to bring comfort, beauty, and simplicity to everyday moments.

Where does Ay'Ta ship?

At this time, Ay'Ta ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

How long does shipping take?

After your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and the shipping method selected.

From time to time, Ay'Ta may offer free shipping promotions. Any available free shipping offer will be shown at checkout.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@ayta.shop.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@ayta.shop.

We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Can I return opened beauty, skincare, or personal care products?

For health and hygiene reasons, beauty, skincare, and personal care products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at returns@ayta.shop.

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.

What should I do if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?

Please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Ay'Ta is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier or delivery location.

We are happy to help provide any order or tracking information needed to assist with a carrier claim.
